Cooper Crew
I’m Kate — a mum of three beautiful children and the founder of a fitness crew built for real life. My mission is simple: create a welcoming, flexible space where parents (and anyone juggling a busy life) can rebuild strength, rediscover movement, and stay healthy — without leaving anyone behind.
It started the day I realised fitness had to fit around my life, not the other way round. Between school runs, naps, playdates and everything in between, traditional gyms felt impossible. I wanted somewhere I could bring my baby in a pram, work out while my older kids played nearby, and meet other people who understood the chaos and the triumphs of parenting. So I created that space.
A space for everyone. Absolute beginners, people returning after pregnancy, seasoned movers who want community, carers, parents with prams — all levels and backgrounds. We celebrate small wins and support big goals.
My process
Practical programming: Short, effective sessions that build strength, mobility and stamina with modifications so every body can progress.
Baby/pram-friendly setup: Workouts designed around being able to stay close to your child — prams welcome, strollers parked, babies napping nearby.
Community-first structure: Classes, casual meetups and group challenges that create accountability and friendship rather than pressure.
Flexible access: Sessions at times that match family rhythms and options to drop in, book ahead, or join a regular crew.
A supportive, non-judgemental community where fitness is accessible, practical and joyful. A place where you can rebuild yourself while staying close to what matters most. A crew of people who want the same things: to feel stronger, to be healthier for their kids, and to belong.
Come as you are — whether it’s with a pram, with tiny hands in yours, or just ready to start. We’ll meet you there, keep it simple, and celebrate every step forward.
